La Crosse Rifle Club 2015 Rifle Match Schedule

The La Crosse Rifle Club Match Schedule is shown on our High Power Rifle /
F-Class Rifle Match Page. For the most part all our matches are the same
as the past several years.

New for 2015 we have added an 80 Round National Match Course Match and a
50 Round Excellence In Competition Service Rifle Leg Match. The 80rd match
will be held on Saturday May 30, 2015 as a warm up to the 50 rd Leg Match
that is on Sunday May 31, 2015.

The La Crosse Rifle Club also holds practices on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s once
the weather warms up. These are informal practices and there is no official
start time. Tuesday is reserved for 600 Yard shooting. Thursday can be for
either 600 yard or 200 Yard/300 Yard depending on who shows up.

Our Junior Service Rifle Shooters are shooting this summer on Saturday’s
starting around 8:00 a.m. They shoot the NRA 80 Round National Match Course.
This consists of 200 Yards Offhand, 200 Yards Sitting Rapid Fire, 300 Yards
Prone Rapid Fire and 600 Yards Prone Slow Fire.

If you are interested in shooting High Power Rifle Matches in either the
Service Rifle, Match Rifle or F-Class Rifle Divisions, please come out to
a practice, match or monthly meeting and talk with some of the members. It
is also good to see the equipment used and what it all entails.

We are also considering holding a couple of CMP M1Garand Matches and Vintage
Service Rifle Matches so keep checking the web site for further details.

If you are not a club member, but have interest in this type of shooting and
events, you can contact the e-mail listed on the High Power Rifle Match Page.
Just open a program, the contact e-mail is listed in these programs.

Best wishes for this coming shooting season!!
