In order to comply with Wisconsin’s Emergency Order #8 prohibiting mass
gatherings of ten or more persons, the Board of Directors has canceled our
April 1 general membership meeting. This will protect the club from any
sanctions from the state government. This cancellation includes the Stop the
Bleed class, which will be rescheduled at a later date.
To keep the membership informed, details normally shared at the April 1
meeting will be shared in our newsletter in the next couple weeks.

The 2020 Polar Bear Match will be held Sunday, February 2 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the club grounds.
With membership dues due at the end of the meeting January 8, that means our gate and clubhouse combination will be changing for 2020. The combination will be changed over Thursday, January 9. Please use the new combination found on your membership card after this.
As a friendly reminder, members cannot share the gate and clubhouse combination with nonmembers.
This year the La Crosse Rifle Club annual Hunter’s Sight In will be November 9th and 10th. Time is 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. both days.
Our facilities included covered firing points, shooting distance from 25 yards out to 300 yards available. We will provide the targets, shooting rests, sand bags to shoot from and a spotter.
Last year, during sight in, we found several issues with loose screws on newly mounted scopes. We also were able to adjust some iron sights and do a little gun maintenance.
Have a good and safe 2019 Hunting Season!
